Orders and Payment

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses, recipient names, and active contact numbers.
• Orders are processed and scheduled for dispatch only after payment confirmation has been verified through our authorized payment channels.

Shipping and Delivery Timelines (J&T Express)

• All standard shipments are fulfilled via our logistics partner, J&T Express.
• Standard transit lead times upon courier pickup and dispatch are:

1. Metro Manila: 2 to 3 business days
2. Provincial Areas: 3 to 7 business days

• A J&T Express tracking number is provided upon dispatch so customers can monitor parcel movement directly via the J&T mobile app or website.
• Madre De Cacao Philippines is not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, natural calamities, regional hub backlogs, holidays, or incorrect recipient details.
